Photo size requests
We support 12 countries out of the box. If you need a size or country that is not yet in the tool, send us the official document dimensions and we will add it.
Bug reports
If the editor is not working correctly — incorrect layout, a problem with the PDF output, a browser compatibility issue — please describe the problem and include your browser and operating system.
Questions about requirements
We cover UK passport, driving licence, and BRP photo requirements in our guides. If you have a question that is not answered there, send it through — we will answer and add it to the FAQ if others are likely to ask the same thing.
Feature suggestions
If there is a feature that would make the tool significantly more useful for you — a new paper size, an export format, an editing tool — we want to hear about it.
